Building Toward the Checkride

Aircraft Control & Maneuvers

Slow flight, stalls, steep turns, and emergency procedures to ACS standards.

Airport Operations

Traffic patterns, radio communications, and operations at both towered and non-towered fields.

Cross-Country Navigation

Flight planning, pilotage, dead reckoning, and diversions.

Solo Flight

Building the confidence and aeronautical decision making to fly as pilot-in-command.

FAA Knowledge Test

Otherwise known as the written exam, a score of 70% or higher is required before the checkride.

Checkride Prep

Ground and flight test prep with mock checkrides before the practical test.
